When are your shows?
We put on seven shows each year, normally in early January (Family Show), February, around Easter (Youth production), in May, July, September (Youth production) and November.
What is the price of your tickets?
Our tickets are £15 for all seats. (No concessions are offered.)
Can I exchange my tickets?
Your tickets can be exchanged by calling the Box Office on 01737 555680.
What is your returns policy?
We offer credit vouchers for returned tickets which are resold by us. Please call the Box Office (01737 555680) as soon as you know you won’t be able to use the tickets. We can then return them for general resale or offer them to the next person on the waiting list, if one exists.
NB – Any tickets offered for resale on Social Media are the responsibility of the individuals concerned in the transaction, and the Box Office cannot be held responsible for the management of such tickets.
Do you have any refreshment facilities?
We run a fully-licensed bar whenever we run a production, which opens 30 minutes before the start of every performance. Coffee and ice creams are also available.
How big is the theatre?
Our auditorium has raked seating for 97 including our wheelchair space.
What are your accessibility facilities?
We have two bookable disabled parking spaces in the car park near the entrance to the theatre. The front door can easily be reached by a ramp from the car park and we have an accessible/inclusive toilet. A regular-sized wheelchair* can be accommodated in our wheelchair space, which is sited just inside the main auditorium entrance door from the bar.
This space and the seat adjacent to it (Seat B1 – reserved for sale to a person accompanying the wheelchair user) are only bookable by calling the Box Office on 01737 555680 or by emailing boxoffice@chipsteadplayers.org – please also request a disabled parking space to be reserved for ease of access to the theatre building.
*PLEASE NOTE: Our wheelchair space can only be occupied by a person who arrives in a wheelchair of standard size. Unfortunately, the space is not large enough to accommodate chairs larger than standard size, without compromising the fire escape safety of our audiences.
