TICKET RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Should you find it necessary to cancel or change your booking at The Courtyard Theatre, you should contact the Box Office, who will endeavour to assist.
We offer credit vouchers for returned tickets which are resold by us. Please call the Box Office (01737 555680/07375 045941) as soon as you know you won’t be able to use the tickets. You can also send us an email, to [email protected]. We can then return them for general resale or offer them to the next person on the waiting list, if one exists.
Credit notes can only be redeemed by contacting the Box Office, as above.
